We started with the idea of making a different type of meetup group...one that would put on RADICAL events that you would have fun, fun, fun at.
IRLS events will not be your typical meet and greet gatherings. Keynote speakers, product demonstrations, celebrity streamers/podcasters attendees, DJ'd Silent Discos, and more will be the norm.

Our Story
Darran and Joe happened to meet up in the summer of 2019 in a RADICAL kind of way. They were both onsite at events for two different reasons. Little did they know that it was fate in the making putting them in the same space on the same day.
After they got to talking they found that they both shared a passion for making events that were memorable, fun, one of a kind, but most important RADICAL.
They two spent the next few months going over the plans for the non-profit setup and what kind of events to do and in January of 2020 they launched IRLS to bring like minded people together in a RADICAL way.

When you see us onsite at an event feel free to come and talk to us..we don't bite (hard anyways lol) and we are always willing to share any tips and trick we have learned about live streaming/podcasting over the years.
Darran Bruce
Founder
Darran is known to be one of those few people who has been able to bring a truly new and unique concept to the table. With vast years of experience in TV broadcasting and his die-hard love for nightlife led him to the launch of “The DJ Sessions” a Twitch Featured Partner series.
Joe Vella
Founder
Joe Vella spends most of his time pretending to be a puppet on Twitch. Partnered for 3 years and streaming for 5, Bizsnes has been a unique presence on the platform since the first broadcast.
After 17 years a professional Improv Comedian and Teacher, he is excited to take interaction to the next level on all platforms. When he’s not working he can be found hunting for rare games at local thrift shops.
